Shenzhen Flying Horse Logistics Co., Ltd. is a specialized international cold chain logistics company for cargoes import and export in Shenzhen, and it will recruit the following relevant logistics operators due to the business development.

I. International Logistics Salesman

1. Contact with customers, accurately grasp, identify and collect relevant requirements of customers and be responsible for the sea and air transportation;
2. Accept the entrustment from customers, LCL or full container load and space booking, arrange the follow-up of storage and transportation, customs clearance, customs inspection and other links;
3. Prepare various foreign trade documents and check the correctness of the prepared documents;
4. Be responsible for inputting receivable and payable expenses and arranging the invoice issuance;
5. Be responsible for providing overseas agent business documents and releasing cargoes;
6. Assist in account checking with customers, confirm the payment and other affairs;
7. Track the operated cargoes and communicate with customers/sales men in time to handle various emergencies;
8. Sort out and file all documents;
9. Equipped with team-work spirit and active communication ability, be able to maintain the company, sales men and customers;
10. Other temporary tasks assigned by other superior leaders;

II. International Logistics Operator

Requirements
1. Know related international logistics operation procedures with interests in logistics, and the applicant with the experience in third-party logistics and medical cold chain logistics will be prior;
2. Equipped with higher service awareness, hard-working, dedicated, careful, earnest and team-work spirit and responsibility.
3. Quick thinker who is good at communication with strong coordination ability externally and able to handle emergencies at any time.
Welfare:
A: Wage and treatment: basic salary + deduction wages, RMB 2,700/month for basic salary and 30%-40% for deduction as well as bonuses. Totally, RMB 5,000-RMB 10,000 at least per month and RMB 10,000-RMB 30,000 for workers with over 2-year industrial experience.
B. Working hours: 8:40 a.m. - 12:00 and 13:40 p.m. - 18:00 p.m., double holidays with national legal holidays in the mode of performance bonus + additional bonus.
C: Our target customers are foreign trade corporations or all enterprises or individuals with requirement in freight transportation for import and export.
D: For new industrial employees, the company will provide one-week pre-job training. Work can be started after the training is completed and approved. The training regarding the professional knowledge and customer development skills is conducted for all newly recruited employees, and the company is a very young team with extreme passion and energy.
